  If requested, I will provide a cost estimate of each job prior to beginning work based on my hourly rate. All estimates are subject to change given unforeseen complexities. Payment in full is due within 7 days of receipt of my invoice. I charge hourly for my time and expertise.
  I always try to provide the quickest and highest quality service to all my clients. Regrettably some computer difficulties cannot be resolved quickly, and sometimes might not be resolved at all.
  Fee Schedule
  $100 per hour for any work within a normal business day with a 1 hour minimum.
  $100 per hour for telephone support, in 15 minute increments, with a 15 minute minimum.
  $150 per hour for work on weekends, national holidays and extreme emergencies.
  A special day rate will apply for out of town jobs, (more than 15 miles from downtown Chicago) which will also contain travel expenses and accomodations if applicable.
  Equipment purchases made on a client's behalf will be assessed a surcharge of 20% of the total purchase.
